Return & Refund Policy: Thanks for shopping at ​Matt’s Sugar Shack LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

1- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2- Your item must be in the original packaging.

3-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.

Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

How long will my maple candy last? Maple candy is perishable and has a relatively short shelf life. We make our candy to order so it is as fresh as possible when we ship it. It will last for about two months. It doesn’t go ‘bad’ but it will get hard and crunchy as it ages. Refrigerating it will extend the life of the candy a little bit. Please do not store in direct sunlight or high humidity, dark and cool is best.

Made in a facility that also produces products that contain; peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and wheat.

Candy that is ordered will be shipped Monday-Wednesday and sometimes Thursday depending on location.
