Return & Refund Policy: Thanks for shopping at ​Matt’s Sugar Shack LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

1- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2- Your item must be in the original packaging.

3-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.

Maple Syrup in sealed containers keeps well in a cool dry place. After the containers are open, the syrup needs to be refrigerated. To prevent mold and to protect the flavor of maple syrup: 1. Store in containers in the refrigerator, or 2. Heat the syrup to 180° and fill hot sterilized jars, leaving no air space and seal. This method is especially helpful if large containers of maple syrup are not used immediately after opening. If a sugary crust forms on the surface of maple syrup, heat the syrup to dissolve the sugar, and thus remove the crust.

Candy that is ordered will be shipped Monday-Wednesday and sometimes Thursday depending on location.
