SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped two days after the order is placed. We do no offer same day shipping.

 Our products are delivered to your home without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal. Maple candy will melt if in warmer climates so if you are sending a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that a heat-sensive gift will be delivered to them.

To assure delivery, we must have a complete address (no Post Office Boxes) and a phone number in case of delivery problems. Please note that inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may at times effect shipment arrival dates.

REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy: Thanks for shopping at ​Matt’s Sugar Shack LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

1- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2- Your item must be in the original packaging.

3-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.
